Brown hair, brown eyes, quite short- maybe 140 cm?
Often wears knee length black denim fitted shorts
Carries a small backpack and holds onto the straps when he walks
Tom ran away from home on 05/04/11. His family is desperately trying to track him down as he is hanging out with kids who are older and into drinking and drugs. He often spends time in the mall with a large group of 15-16 year old girls.
