Jean Marie Martin

Disappeared 7 April 1945 during a bush walk at Wiltons Bush, Wellington.
Jean was a sciences student but had been under immense pressure. Rumours she was involved in the SIS were not true. There were a number of sightings of Jean in Aucklland during 1946, and it is suspected she changed her name and became a nurse (which was her profession before enrolling at Victoria Uni). If alive today she would be 89.
